Finding aids

Finding aids help researchers to orientate in the contents of archival fonds and collections. The National Archives accesses its Finding aids in paper and electronic form. Electronic aids are created and provided via application Janus. At the same time the older paper Finding aids are step by step transfered into electronic form.

All our Finding aids are available in our research rooms. Some of them are currently accessible on this web site (in database or in static PDF form).
