Digitizing and exposure of church documents within the frame of the project Monasterium

Since 2005 the National Archives in Prague has participated in the project of „Monasterium“ managed by Institut zur Erforschung und Erschließung kirchlicher Quellen based in St. Pölten (Austria). The aim of the project is to create a virtual archive of Central European monasteries and dioceses and to make the documents accessible to the public via internet. In the first phase of the project the National archives in Prague provided 7118 church charters from following archival (largely church) fonds:

Archiv pražského arcibiskupství (APA);

Archiv kolegiátní kapituly vyšehradské, Praha (KVš);

Archiv kolegiátní kapituly Všech svatých na Pražském hradì (KVs);

Archivy èeských klášterù zrušených za Josefa II. (AZK);

Augustiniáni obutí – provincialát a konvent, Praha (ØA);

Benediktini - klášter Bøevnov, Praha (ØBB);

Benediktini - klášter Emauzy, Praha (ØBE);

Dominikáni – provincialát a konvent, Praha (ØDo);

Františkáni – provincialát a konvent, Praha (ØF);

Kapucíni – provincialát a konvent, Praha (ØK);

Køižovníci s èervenou hvìzdou – generalát a konvent, Praha (ØKø);

Maltézští rytíøi – èeské velkopøevorství, Praha (ØM);

Premonstráti – klášter Strahov, Praha (ØP);

Èeská finanèní prokuratura Praha – listiny (FP-L);

Èeské gubernium – guberniální listiny, Praha (ÈG-L);

Úøad desk zemských, Praha (ÚDZ);

Èeská dvorská kanceláø, Praha, Vídeò (ÈDK);

Èeské oddìlení dvorské komory, Vídeò (ÈDKM).
